Charlie // Newborn
October 28, 2013
The more I take family portraits the more I realize that I don’t want to simply take that Christmas card photo of everyone smiling nicely in the park. Those are great and we will probably get a few shots like that, but what I really want is to tell the story about your family at this stage. I want to photograph the hardships and heart-warming moments with a newborn, those fun quirks of a one year old and illustrate the interaction between family members. I want to freeze those daily happenings we take for granted that will pass by far too quickly. In addition to the obvious milestones, I would like to photograph births and families going through difficult times. Wherever you are in your journey, I would love to capture this moment in time for you.
Here is the Purdom’s story of life with their sweet newborn Charlie.
